As a Developer, Manager and Partner, Contessa is involved in a number of projects, including the mixed-use purpose-built rental apartment building development at the intersection of Dundas Street West and Shorncliffe Road.  

Contessa’s office is headquartered at 555 Richmond Street West in the City of Toronto, with a professional team for site acquisitions, project management, project finance, marketing, and property management. The team has many years of experience in the real estate development and property management business, with a special focus on residential.
