Contessa Developments Inc. is acting as owner’s representative on behalf of Polaris Realty (Canada) Limited for this new 248,000 square foot logistics center. As an owner's representative, Contessa serves as a liaison between Polaris Realty and the construction team, overseeing and coordinating the development process on behalf of the owners. Contessa’s role entails ensuring that the project aligns with Polaris Realty's vision and objectives, monitoring progress, managing communication between stakeholders, and providing expert guidance throughout the construction and completion of the logistics center. Contessa has helped streamline the development process while ensuring that Polaris Realty's interests are safeguarded at every stage of the project to guarantee the project’s success.
Dundas Shorncliffe Development Project
A brand new purpose-built 22-story concrete rental apartment building will be constructed in the “Islington-City Centre West” neighborhood of Toronto. The building will bring 259 new rental units across a mix of one, two and three bedrooms, including townhouses, to the neighborhood. The building will include top-of-the-line resident amenities, such as a fully-equipped wellness center, media room, party room, two outdoor rooftop amenity areas, bicycle parking spaces, and 13,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. A quick walk to the Kipling Subway Station (TTC) with GO Train access and only a few minutes to a major hub, Highway 427, will provide several commuter options.
